Terms and Conditions of Sales
All sales are final upon process of payment.
All sales are subject to additional Shipping & Handling. This will be computed upon receipt of order.
Orders picked up by buyer at our warehouse location are not subject to Shipping & Handling charges.
No item will be considered for return that has been removed from the original packaging, installed, or appears in any manner to have been used or damaged.
Standard stock goods will be inspected by Partitions and
Accessories Company and are subject to the return policy as listed above.
Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
All special order and non-stock merchandise are non-returnable,
non-cancelable, non-refundable with no exceptions
Partitions and Accessories Company is not responsible for unclaimed damages discovered after items have been delivered. All damages claims must be filed with the delivery carrier.
All Sale items are subject to specific supply. Buyer will be notified prior to the processing of the order if item is not available.
